What we collect

When you ask us to look at a switch, we may collect:

• your name and mobile number
• a copy of a recent bill or statement you choose to upload
• basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited

How we use it

We use your details to compare offers, contact you about a possible switch, and keep you updated. We only share information with a provider when you ask us to proceed.

Storage and security

Bills and contact details are treated as confidential. We keep them only as long as needed to complete your request or meet a legal obligation, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailinghello@billsquash.com.
